This website uses no cookies, trackers or analytics tools. We store no data about your visit, such as IP addresses, pages viewed or browsers used.

There are no forms on this site. We only process personal data such as your name and email address when you contact us yourself, for example by email or phone.

Bookings are handled through our online booking system at booking.moekesgat.com. The personal data you provide there (name, address, email, payment details) is processed by the booking system to fulfil your stay. Please refer to the booking system's privacy policy for details about their processing.

This site displays reviews from our guests. We only publish names with the guest's consent.

If you no longer want your name shown, or want your data deleted, contact us at info@moekesgat.nl. We will remove your data as soon as possible (right to erasure, Article 17 GDPR).

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Send an email to info@moekesgat.nl to exercise any of these rights.
